New York may be famous for NYC, but there is also a lot of nature in the upstate that most people are unfamiliar with. Hence, if you’re thinking of having a New York elopement, here are ten amazing places to consider:

1. The Ausable Club

The Ausable Club, located in the Adirondack Mountains, is the perfect venue if you want breathtaking mountain views and tree-lined fairways. Your guests will enjoy tennis, hiking, and golf in this private club.

2. Letchworth State Park

Try eloping on a hot air balloon right over Letchworth State Park. Talk about an epic way to say your “I do’s”! It can accommodate 4-8 people, just enough for an officiant, a photographer, and some special friends if you want to bring them along.

3. Indian Head

If you’re adventurous, go and hike to Indian Head and get a stunning view of Lower Ausable Lake and the surrounding high peaks. It is located in the Adirondack Mountains and is perfect for a secret New York elopement or an intimate ceremony with some of your closest family and friends.
