“Your love is my love”
If you have never been to Vermont in the fall, we urge you to plan a trip. The trees are bright with autumn colors, and there is a crispness in the air that you just can’t smell anywhere else. Not to mention the stars at night! Getting out of New York City and looking up at a night sky is pretty special. Jaime and Trey contacted our team at Jenny Fu Studio and said they would be getting hitched at the Inn at Manchester in Vermont, in October none the less. We couldn’t have said no if we’d wanted to!
Jaime and Trey’s Fairytale Engagement
Jaime and Trey got engaged in Ireland at the top of an old medieval castle. On their second day, the two were riding around in a golf cart. While exploring the castle Trey climbed up to the top of a tower overlooking the garden. Jaime thought he was just looking for a great photo opportunity, instead, he turned around and proposed to her! Jaime and Trey chose the Inn at Manchester to host their nuptials because of their love for travel. The space reminded them of their many favorite destinations.
“The red barn and white inn reminded us of Norway. And the stars at night! The different green tones in the grass and trees of Ireland , the blue skies and fog rolling across the mountains of Iceland. Californian sunsets, the hikes upstate and in Washington. It’s an enchanting place!”

Not a Barn Wedding
Even though Jaime and Trey’s wedding was at a barn, the two didn’t go for the typical rustic look. We chose to compliment the blues, greys, and greens in their decor with lots of beautiful outdoor shots of the mountains and trees. Vermont in the fall is so gorgeous, so it was easy. The vibe was airy, romantic, and fun!
